Suite Rate: $140 per night double occupancy, includes breakfast. Single occupancy $120 per night, with breakfast. Additional adults $20.00. Taxes not included.

Deposit: A deposit equal to 50% of the total stay (100% for a single night stay) is required to guarantee your reservation.
 
Cancellation: Deposits are fully refunded for cancellations made at least fourteen days prior to the scheduled date of arrival. When cancellations are made within fourteen days of the scheduled arrival date we reserve the right to retain deposits paid. If you do not arrive, arrive after the reserved date, or depart before the final date of a guaranteed reservation, you will be charged the full amount of your expected stay.

Arrival Time: Registration is between 4:00 p.m and 7:00 p.m. Please contact us in advance if you would like to arrange an early or late check-in.

Departure Time: Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. so that we have sufficient time to prepare the rooms for incoming guests.

No hidden charges:  We do not impose administration or service charges of any kind.

Pets: Sorry, we do not host pets.

Credit Cards: We accept Visa, Discover, American Express, and MasterCard.

Millview is an alcohol free and, smoke free establishment. A $200 cleaning fee will be levied for violating these restrictions.
